The experience of shopping online with Kitco is overall great due to the variety of products and easy payment. I do have one suggestion which is important for me become a long-term customer. The issue is that I have 2-3 times over in recent few months that I can't login the website due to technical error. There is one time I can login the website but lost the link to click VaultChain to view the balance. The uncertainty such as is a concern. In addition, it would be great to have an APP of Kitco to shop online and check VaultChain balance. Theses are reason holding me to keep purchasing more. Thank you for your time.
