This company is nothing but criminals
This company is nothing but criminals. I bought a Rogbid Model X. I am in the USA. It does not work in the USA, you know how I know that. THEY gave me the IMEI number for this device. That's the serial number of the device. That number has been black listed. So T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T all have blocked this device from being activated on their network. So they sent me the IMEI number that I copy and pasted into all three of the major carriers in the US and all three have said this device is not supported. Really ? Like they want us to believe that they could not or did not also check this device and get the same answer. Of course they did. They new and they sold me the device anyway. So now they stole from me a few bucks. Fine. But I owe it to all the other people who are about to get ripped off. So dont buy any of ROGBID products until they send you an IMEI number so you can check to see if it will be accepted here in the US and if its not, DONT buy it. Its unfixable. Its all related to VOIP but thats not important. What is important is these people and their intent. They are selling a product they know is defective so its a numbers game. If they sell 100 faulty watches and only 10 ask for a refund, then they are making a profit off the other 90 units that people will not bother trying to go thru a return hassle. Crooks. Now they will not answer me. Here the really stupid part, they still send me marketing emails, junk mail, trying to get me to buy more inferior faulty products. WTF ?
