Order my glasses on 10/29 still have not received anything.
Order my glasses on 10/29, paid for expedited shipping could not use my HSA on the website. It is 11/15 and have not received any thing Everytime I check the website there is no update emailed customer service stated that they could ship my items today meaning 11/17 I decline and want my order canceled. I order from another company not only could I use my HSA I paid for express shipping and my glasses were delivered the next couple of days. As of 11/19 I have not received anything. I can’t rate the purchase because as far as I know I paid for nothing. Why even offer express shipping if your company can not make that happen.
