Website was not responding
Website was not responding, took 3 hours to get to our ticket but then issue was quickly resolve by Joao by restarting the application pool. I wish it were possible for critical errors such as site not responding to receive attention more promptly, but actions by Joao and other techs to resolve issues are well done and very responsive.
