Pleasantly Surprised
I was initially concerned and skeptical after what seemed to be a delayed response from customer service as delivery stated one thing but it had been a little longer. They did respond with a valid explanation. Then, the FedEx tracking number was not yielding results so I was a bit antsy. They were quick to respond and explained the tracking number changed once the package was in the States. I’ve finally received my hair and I love the color and softness. Now I’m hoping to have someone install without wasting too much of it and are able to use this hair and appreciate its value. This is the first time I’ve ever spent this much on hair and I believe it is worth it.
