We booked a ferryticket from Langkawi to satun with Redbus. When we arrived at the ticket counter they told us that a document is missing to proceed for boarding. I showed them all the documents that Redbus provided to me but it was not enough. I tried to contact their customer care services but they are unreable. The guy from Redbus who we had on the phone, just closed the closed the call when he heard about our problem. So in the end we needed to pay twice for the tickets. They are really scam so please avoid. And reaching them for a refund is impossible.
