Terrible Experience – Avoid Baltini
I ordered the Ganni flats from Baltini, but they were one size too small. To request a refund, I had to pay $50 AUD to return them to Baltini. After Baltini received the shoes, I received an email stating that my refund was rejected because the shoes were in "worn condition." This claim is completely false. The shoes were never worn and were returned in the exact condition I received them. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional $112 AUD if I wanted the shoes sent back to me. Baltini's customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no resolution despite their baseless accusations. I’ve lost both money and trust due to their unethical practices. I strongly advise avoiding Baltini. Their policies are predatory, and their customer service is a disgrace. Don’t make the same mistake I did—shop elsewhere.
