Very bad experience!
I have ordered G2 on their Halloween sale on 18.10.2024. The e-scooter never arrived. Multiple emails were exchanged until the customer support stopped answering the emails. After one month drama I have requested my money back via PayPal and fortunately today 22.11.2024 I got confirmation for refund. Do not buy anything from those … totally scammy behavior.
