I bought the Mother and Daughter ring and was initially really let down by the quality. After checking the refund and returns information, I was convinced I’d get nowhere. I reached out to customer service anyway, and I’m so glad I did. They were absolutely brilliant — they went over and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I was completely happy. I’m genuinely impressed and very pleased with this company.
