I need to return
I need to return. They won't respond to my emails and never have when the item wasn't delivered properly. I've had nothing but a horrible experience. The product is extremely low quality, looks like hell. Nothing like the picture.

Jacket is very low quality
I said I'd revise my review upon a response. They respond to reviews, but not emails. I've yet to get a response. I need to return my item, it's horrible.
