RobotShop has the best customer support team I’ve ever dealt with! They are always friendly, uplifting, and truly go out of their way to make sure every question is answered. Their educational products are top-notch, offering some of the best robotics and STEM learning tools available today. At times, certain products can be on backorder, but what I really appreciate is that they are always transparent about it — the expected arrival dates are clearly indicated, so you know exactly what to expect.
