Selection, value and customer support are all excellent!
This is my second order from Tapestrymarket. Each order arrived in full and even though the projects take me a (very) long time to complete because I'm new to this and slow, I love doing them. There is something for everyone and they have the largest selection and best value. Product quality is the only option I've known and have no complaints. Shipping was fairly quick and I believe came from a warehouse in Canada for me (also in Canada), so not even a long oversea's wait time! For customer service, I missed entering my unit number in the address and worried about it not being delivered. Be aware their office is in China, so turn around time was at night for me, and at first they didn't respond so I sent a follow up email as my problem was time sensitive. They wrote back to the second email very quickly and resolved the issue entirely. I highly recommend Tapestrymarket and will be using them again in the future.
