The customer service is very bad
The customer service is very bad. I failed in the account verification process and was asked to contact customer service. But after I chatted via the app and live chat on their website. There was no answer at all. I have also made a transfer because the app allows you to make a transfer even though the account has not been verified, so I thought maybe they provide this service.
