These days they make you wait up to an hour just to chat live? Twice I couldn't get to chat about my problems ... just terrible service. And, I can't change my payment mode via app or online .. And what's 2.5g true speed fibre anyway? @S$35/- ?!? How not to terminate whatever service I have with them ... Just pissed poor ... 🤦
