Excellent Product & Outstanding Onboarding Support
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Lodgify so far. The platform is user-friendly, professional and has everything I need to manage my accommodation and bookings in one place. A special mention must go to Doravini Arulsamy, Customer Onboarding Specialist, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the onboarding process. Doravini has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through each step and always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. Starting with a new platform can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Doravini made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her level of customer service has been outstanding, and it’s reassuring to know that Lodgify provides this level of support to its customers. I couldn’t recommend Doravini or Lodgify highly enough.
