First and last time I’ll order something there. I sent a mail to let them know one of the earring’s stud was damaged. They asked for proofs, I sent them a clear picture. Then they ask for a video? Are you guys serious, was the picture not enough? I spent +100€ on my order and you don’t believe me for a simple damaged stud? Then months later I just received a FedEx letter telling me to pay +50€ for the shipping, I absolutely had no idea about this?? It’s a big scam, don’t waste your time and money Ne commandez pas chez eux, c’est de l’arnaque!
