DOA Ecoflow Wave 3. Very slow customer support
I almost forgot it tbh, but Ecoflow emailed me and prompted me to write a review for my Ecoflow Wave 3. I will do it for sure. My unit was dead on arrival. They are still working on a solution 3 weeks afterwards. As you know, Europe is in the middle of an unprecedented heatwave. Yet, they couldn’t bother to do anything fast for a product that was broken from the start.
