Failed order - UK buyers beware
Order placed 01/09. After a number of weeks advised that could not be shipped to UK. Offered "refund" which turned out to be a voucher for less than the order value. Requested refund to original card and advised that this would take "5-30 working days". After stated period no refund received and susequent e-mails ignored. Unsure whether this is a scam or just incompetence, but certainly won't be using again. Coincidentally or otherwise, within 24 hours of submitting the above, e-mail received saying refund being checked. We will see.
