***** SCAMMERS****Beware* TRIM.RX, has kept my money and refuses to refund me after agreeing to provide my partial refund of $962. I was sent a text in writing approving my refund being processed and the break down of the cost I pay and the amount I'm getting refunded. They then decided to back track on the promise and refuse to Refund me and mind you they kept the reminding medication. This has been a dispute since 6/13/2026. How do you get away with that? I cancelled my account and the CSR cancelled with a promise to refund me from the remaining medications I did not use nor receive. I filed 2 disputes with AFFIRM, provided documentation of their words of approval and the amount and they have denied my refund. They said the dispute is in their favor ( that's stealing ) when 1. I notified them within 3-4 weeks after trying the weight loss medicine, it didn't work for me... and well within 30 days. 2. I was given an apology of it not working and the sales rep cancelled my account immediacy on 6/13 and never sent anymore medication, but they are refusing my refund and kept the medication. How is this acceptable and proper customer service. They are thieves.. if they can treat me this way and others is the medication REAL I wonder if there medication is really approved medicine that works . Be careful, and AFFIRM is also no support and continues to hang up on me instead of supporting my case and fight for what's right. I'm sure to go on every platform and share my experience. To everyone listening! They're not right and only want your Money. Do NOT PURCHASE THE SEMAGLUTIDE ... they're crooks... and will never be accountable for their actions.
