Inconsistent or no service
The service is not consistent, sometime takes up to 30 min to connect to internet. A lot of times it is dialup speed. We are in Fort Lauderdale, FL not some country side. Definitely do not recommend this for traveling to the US. FOLLOW-UP: the support team "reset" the service a few times with the same results. All the telecom companies jn the area offers the same service.
