Great product and service…
Great product and service representative was there along the way with multiple emails when the second half of our order was delayed. We now have our full order, and are extremely satisfied with the product as well.

Great communication and Product Quality
Great communication, product quality and pricing. Even better, discount rates available for schools and community associations (YMCA) on bulk purchases. Lost 1 star because only half of the order showed up as scheduled. I am frustrated that I can see they are available for purchase on Amazon, yet when we order directly, we are stuck waiting. I suspect this is because paddles are shipped to Amazon warehouses to make shipping more timely, but that means they no longer have access to them.
