Great communication and Product Quality
Great communication, product quality and pricing. Even better, discount rates available for schools and community associations (YMCA) on bulk purchases. Lost 1 star because only half of the order showed up as scheduled. I am frustrated that I can see they are available for purchase on Amazon, yet when we order directly, we are stuck waiting. I suspect this is because paddles are shipped to Amazon warehouses to make shipping more timely, but that means they no longer have access to them.
