Sent trailer harness with "Known Issue"
Purchased trailer harness specifically listed for my vehicle from Etrailer.com 4-22-2025. Did not work right. Harness did not deactivate the surge brakes. Recently took trailer in and had brakes checked and serviced. Neighbor brought over his truck, trailer wiring/surge deactivation worked fine. Sarah W. at Etrailer said it was a "known issue". Would not send me a modified harness to fix the problem as requested. Etrailer.com sold me a harness knowing it would not work. See attached email trail. Will not send me a full refund.
