I ordered an item in mid November which was the shown as being received by the shipper a few days later. As of today, (6th December) I have neither the item nor any indication when or even if it will be delivered. Although the customer service team respond to my emails they cannot get any response to the courier company either. I have suggested that they might want to use a different courier but in The meantime have reluctantly requested a refund as there seems to be no sign that I will ever receive my package. As there are other people who can supply what I wanted, I shall be going elsewhere in the future unless the issue is resolved. I am not holding my breath.
