HORRIBLE!!!
ADT is possibly the worst company on the planet! I have tried to cancel service 4 times - 4! And each time I've been lied to and told it was cancelled only to have another bill turns up (for monitoring alarm equipment - by the way - that DOESN'T EVEN EXIST ANY LONGER. Lies, lies, lies are all you get from their CSRs. I'm actually having to engage a lawyer to stop them from committing the fraud they're pulling on me every month. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
