This is the 2nd time I have order from Vapofi. The 1st time it took over 3 weeks to receive, but I thought maybe this was a 1 off, so I would give them another chance. What a big mistake! Ordered products on 11/18/24. Today is 12/7/24 and still haven't received. They tried to deliver on 12/3/24, but no one was home. They left a tag on my door with an email address and asked for my phone # so they could contact me before delivering again, which I did. Haven't heard from them as of today. I have left numerous emails with both shipper and Vaporfi customer service. Vaporfi rep was quite rude. Will NEVER order from them again!!!
