Amazing
The whole process was flawless. I left a comment about a special request in the dedicated box and the support team contacted me immediately to give further details. The item shipped really fast and my friend got her gift the day after her birthday, when I had actually ordered quite late, so I was very happy about that. The team also added a handwritten note for her to wish happy birthday, which is really appreciated. The item itself (Original Sin necklace) was exactly as pictured on the site and the packaging was elegant. 100% recommend and will buy again.
