I purcFaulty Battery & Poor Warranty Support – Be Carefulhased a battery from YOSE Power…
I purchased a battery from YOSE Power that was faulty from the very beginning. After multiple attempts to get it fixed, they replaced it once — but that replacement also failed within the warranty period. Now they’re trying to charge me £30–£80 to repair something that is still under their 18-month warranty. Their website clearly states that battery cells are covered for 18 months, with no mention of any repair fees during that time. They also claim to follow a fair warranty policy — but in practice, they seem to limit support and try to pass off costs onto the customer. To make matters worse, the company has ignored the fact that the product was never fully functional, which is a breach of both their own policy and UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). I’ve given them every chance to resolve this fairly and amicably, but unless they act in line with their published terms, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and pursuing legal action. Disappointed and would not recommend unless you’re prepared to fight for your rights.
