Really dissapointed. I was looking for a kit for my bike (front or back configuration) so I asked Yose UK support and got the following answer. (I have a standard VooDoo bike from Halfords) "All our kits can not fit for Quick release axle" I thought most bikes these days have Quick release. Really dissapointed as Yose seem to have a very good reputation.

Yose power refused to send me a new charger after a replacement was faulty! After I insisted for a replacement they told me my warranty was gone even though I had made the request before this occur, they then proceeded to block my email address If you care to make this right my order number is YOSE#36383 id be happy to remove this review provided my issue is resolved

Before purchasing the A3 PRO kit, I contacted technical support with several questions, and they always replied within 24–48 hours. The answers were sometimes a little brief, so I occasionally needed to ask for further clarification. It would be useful to have more detailed documentation on kit compatibility, including drawings and measurements. Once I placed the order, the kit arrived within a few days, with everything included as expected. I installed the kit on a 28-inch city bike. Installation requires some care, especially when routing the cables, as the cable paths vary depending on the bike being converted. There are also some very well-made YouTube videos that make the installation process easier. The explanatory diagrams in the manual describing how to operate the display would be clearer if they included a visual map identifying the different controls and elements shown on the display. Once everything was installed, the pedal assist worked beautifully. The riding experience feels extremely natural, and the motor engages very smoothly and progressively. On flat terrain, level 2 already provides plenty of assistance. The torque sensor integrated into the motor responds very quickly to how hard you are pedaling, and I think it is an excellent solution. I am very satisfied with the overall performance. The bottle-shaped battery also makes the motor system quite discreet and unobtrusive. I would appreciate the option of purchasing a higher-capacity battery for greater range, while still being fully compatible with the kit. Overall, an excellent purchase. I am very happy with the kit and would definitely recommend it, especially to anyone who is reasonably hands-on and has some basic mechanical skills and tools (wrenches, etc.) for the installation.

I am very disappointed with the level of support I have received regarding the issue with my YOSE Power battery. Unfortunately, I found your responses slow and, in my experience, the support provided was inadequate and unhelpful. As I did not receive a satisfactory solution, I had to investigate the issue myself. I searched YouTube and found a video showing how to replace the fuse on the exact battery model that I have. I then purchased the appropriate blade fuse from my local Halfords store and replaced the fuse myself. I am pleased to confirm that the battery is now working normally and charging again. While I am glad that I was able to resolve the problem, I am disappointed that I had to find the solution myself despite the product being covered by the 18-month warranty stated by YOSE Power. I would appreciate it if you could take my feedback seriously and review the level of customer support being provided to customers with products still within their warranty period. Customers should not have to rely on YouTube and troubleshoot warranty issues themselves when seeking assistance from the manufacturer.

Got a replacement e-bike battery on 10 June. It never charged fully. The pack has five charge LEDs and only four ever lit. Range was poor. I reported this on 12 June. They make me do tests. They tried to sneak their way out of the refund ("note that the accessory battery you provided is not ours"). They sent a return label on 10 August but refused a refund on 13 August: "We'll fix it for you, not a refund." I shipped the battery on 21 August. YousePower received the package on 26 August. Since 26 August they have held the battery and the purchase price at the same time. Today is 8 September. No refund, no replacement, no date. Update: they replied today: "I may have to wait for your review time to pass, and I can't work at the moment". 10 Sept - No refund so I had to open a A-Z dispute with Amazon! -- The Amazon rate for this seller is extremely poor 79%. Their official email address for Amazon support a free hotmail account: electricpowertool_hotmail.com The company is from China! ---------- Update: YOSE POWER (lily_yosepower.com) just launched this threat at me: "If you continue to publish false, misleading, or malicious statements that damage our company’s reputation or make unfounded allegations against YOSE POWER, we will take the matter seriously and reserve the right to seek legal remedies. This may include involving our legal counsel and pursuing appropriate legal action to protect our company’s rights and reputation." They never named specifically the "false" information.

This is my third kit now. Just to clarify, I'm not on my third because they are bad. I use my bike a lot . I've done tens of thousands of miles. Slight crack to the rim at spoke nipple, typical with hub Motors under heavy use. To be safe I bought another as was out of warranty. My new kit arrived within three days and everything was accounted for. I just did a straight wheel swap and left the other bits on. Took for a ride and all good as fully expected from this company. I've used this company for years now. It's always my go-to and everything always works out the box. I've recommended them to two of my friends who also absolutely love their yosepower kits. My landlord even just bought one too. 😂 They are highly reliable and I think if you are just using it very casually it should last you the best part of a lifetime. I bought the rear hub freewheel kit with 13ah downtube battery. The delivery was quick, 2 days. The assembly was ok. I would recommend getting someone to help push the wire connectors together as they can require a lot of force to connect fully all the way in. Power setting no 3 seems to give the best balance of performance. Very happy so far.
