I was a little bit conserned

I was a little bit conserned, when the package arrieved, because there was some damages in the deliverybox. The batterybox had a little bit damages, but I could repair it. Otherwise I'm very pleased with this product. It was easy to install and my wife is very satisfied to use her bike now. Happy wife, happy life!

36v250w front wheel conversion kit

Ordered a front wheel conversion kit with battery on Monday night. It arrived on the Wednesday morning. Fast delivery, well packaged. Assembled fairly easily although cables are really long and hard to make neat/tidy. Cannot vouch for reliability and longevity but first impressions are excellent. It has transformed my cycling and allows much longer and tougher journeys to be made.

This is the 2nd kit after ~6 years 😃

This is the 2nd e-bike conversion kit from Yose Power, i used to convert a normal to an e-bike. Received the kit wighin 2 Days. Installation is easy, and well documented. All special tools are shipped with the kit. After installation it works instantly. We used this kit to convert a heavy cargo bike and it is certainly powerful enought to support an easy ride 😃. I bought the first kit about 6 years ago and cycled about 7 k km with it without problems. The first kit had a seperate output for the lights witch conveniently can be activated by short pressing the on/off butten. I missed that on the recent kit though .

Fitted 3 kits all good

Have fitted 3 of these 350W kits and had no problems whatever, all 3 bikes now share the same components, I have bought a few spares as backup. I even used YOSE parts to repair a very pricey off the peg ebike which would have been very expensive to buy OEM parts, it had failed out of warranty and the YOSE parts fitted fine (replaced controller, harness and display). I am impressed with YOSE Power kits, it helps if you are technically minded as they are fun to play with, I like them

I have in the past I have bought two…

In the past I have bought two hub drive kits both are over five years old and both are working fine. Simple to fit if you do your own research for your own bike. I have just ordered the AP3 Pro kit, can't wait to fit it to my road bike.

Ordered a conversion kit for a birthday gift ,

Ordered a conversion kit for a birthday present , on arrival the crank sensor was the wrong one , our fault for not knowing about bike parts , so we paid extra and ordered a hollowtech crank sensor from yose power uk as this would mean the we can get the part quicker and finally enjoy the bike , it still took over a week, on arrival part of the kit was missing , half of the magnets . Yose power stores managed to fail to package one of the four items ! It shouldn't be this hard to put a ebike conversion on a bike . I wish is looked in to other options now.

Sent a used item.

Bought a battery, they sent a used item and agreed to exchange it but then failed to arrange the collection. The SEEL delivery guarantee won’t cover it as I started the dispute with the seller, and now their 7 day window has passed. Don’t bother with paying the extra for this “guaranteed service” it’s worthless. Only use Yose power if you have no alternatives. The products are great, when they send the right items, but their customer service is very poor and incredibly slow to respond to emails. Pay by credit card and use the charge back system to avoid the headaches I’ve got.
