DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I recently ordered 613 bundles from this company. Upon arrival, I dropped them off to my stylist to be dyed prior to install. My stylist called me the next day to tell me the bundles were horrible quality and could NOT be 100% human as they advertised. They were shedding horribly, barely wouldn’t retain the dye, and became tangled beyond repair. I have now been emailing support for DAYS and gotten NO resolve. I was offered a $50 refund, accusing me of using the hair, after paying over $170 for them and when I refused this as there refund policy states “ 1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you.” Now they are offering me only half a refund and continuing to argue me. This a SCAM and the hair is not good quality at all. Do not trust the reviews on their site and etc as they may not even be real. This is no way to do business.
