Myself and my husband traveled to Uk from Cochin last night. This was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced in my entire flight journey. If you didn’t book blankets by paying 5 pounds extra you will not get it, kochi to Mumbai no water even unless you booked it in advance. I asked for cup of tea for my husband as he was having severe headache, it took nearly 15 min to serve us. They won’t answer their call bells on time. My co passengers had arguments with them. No proper food as well. When they served lunch the lunch box was already leaking. Very bad service. There was no food, no drinks, nothing provided during the flight journey from kochi to Mumbai and Mumbai to kochi as well. Why is the service like this? Everything was delayed as well. I am very disappointed and will never fly with this airline again. Staff members have attitude. Not approachable.
