Completely unreliable
Completely unreliable. 1. Ordered 2 items. System shows it would be delivered the next day. 2. 5am the next day, I get en email saying it delayed. 3. I cancel my order. Only one one item is cancelled. 4. Now the second items shows that it is a DOORDASH delivery 15 days into the future. Cannot cancel. Cannot change. 5. Went into physical store. Completely useless. Can’t refund me because I do t have the items. Apparently the item is getting delivered by DoorDash from NJ to MA. Not sure what the plan is and why it would take 15 days. Perhaps walking it over. 6. Next day I get a message that my item is delivered. Of course they delivered after business hours and left it outside which will all likelihood be lost. 7. Texted the delivery guy instructing him not to leave the package. No reponse. Complete garbage. Use Amazon and save yourself the hassle.
