Terrible service
Terrible service. They had no idea about my field (pharmaceutical) and they didn't even do the bare minimum to learn about it. They just put your details in AI and doesn't even look if it's right or not. You have chatgpt for that completely free. The CV building, and autoapply have been a failure. The CV they made for me has no connection with what I do. The jobs in the autoapply did not match my qualifications or preferences. I raised issues multiple times and they just blew it off and asked me to compromise on my preferences. I registered a formal complaint in their customer service and I haven't heard back in 1.5 months. Very disappointing. Update: It has been 3 months since my complaint, and I still have not received a satisfactory response from them. They are telling me all my services have been provided during the 20-MINUTE session I had with my agent when I purchased the bundle.
