Stained Coat
I recently purchased three items from this site (two dresses and a blazer). The dresses were cute but not my style so I am returning. The blazer was cute as well but arrived with a stain on it. I emailed the company to ask to exchange it or refund as this is completely unacceptable. I want to note that this item was final sale. If it did not fit or I just didn't like it I know that I would have to keep it but it arrived damaged and stained which is completely unacceptable. The company quickly responded stating that I could keep the coat and would offer me a 20 % refund and asked if I could clean the coat myself. What?! I sent them a follow up response stating that this was not acceptable and I shouldn't have to try to take out a stain on my own. It has been 24 hours and they have not responded to me. As others have mentioned it is difficult to receive a follow up response from them. I am pretty disappointed and won't be purchasing from them again based on the quality and customer service I received. Also, no other follow up emails were sent to my spam the company just hasn't responded. This is my order number GO113103 if the company would like to respond publicly.
