Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They promise one delivery timeline on their website and then it is not upheld. Deceiving and misleading. People pay money to receive a certain product within a reasonable timeframe and that is not delivered upon from CraftHub. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and a complete waste of $60. Would just rather have my money back, they can keep their junk.
