At first hesitant, but no more. : )
I admit, I was quite hesitant when I first considered buying a piece of furniture from a strictly online business, but they had good reviews, very reasonable pricing and I was already familiar with the good quality of the brand of furniture I wished to buy. From there, Sofa and Sectionals proved themselves to be a very good company to do business with. All of the employees I worked with--Elaine Appel, Sarah Nevarez and Ben Sauther--were very courteous, knowledgable and responsive to all questions I had along the way. From the beginning things went exactly as they had explained it would and they kept me informed at each point in the process--from when the manufacturer shipped, to when they would received it, to when it would be delivered. Their delivery service was also courteous and on-time. When I found the manual chair I ordered was not ideal for me, Sofas and Sectionals first had a repair person sent to be certain the chair was working properly, and then worked out a fair arrangement to have the chair picked up, then an electric lift chair ordered to replace it. Again, I was kept well informed throughout the order and delivery process and am now very happy with my Flexsteel recliner lift chair. In closing, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Sofas and Sectionals again. They all did a terrific job and I'm very pleased. JamieK
