Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed — Poor Product and Customer Support I recently purchased a Creality Hi 3D printer for my son, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The printer developed a clog in the nozzle that caused it to smoke heavily and make a significant mess. This is not something I am comfortable or physically capable of repairing myself. I contacted the retailer, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and was essentially told that their options were limited because troubleshooting and support had to go through Creality. Unfortunately, Creality's support was not helpful. I was left without a reasonable solution, and I am now stuck with a $400 3D printer that I cannot use and will likely have to throw away. What is most frustrating is that I purchased this as a product for my son to enjoy, not as a project to diagnose and repair a defective machine. I understand that mechanical issues can happen with any product, but when something goes wrong, the quality of the manufacturer's customer support is just as important as the product itself. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Creality to anyone who expects reliable customer support when they have a problem. I will not purchase another Creality product, and I would strongly encourage others to consider the company's after-sale support before making a purchase. Very disappointing experience for a $400 product.
