I really wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this company. Their website indicates 1-3 business days for processing and 6-9 for shipping to my area. It’s now been 5 days and they’ve marked the items as shipped but they’re still just sitting in the warehouse processing. At this point and from the other reviews on the same issue, these clearly will not arrive in time for Christmas. They were already trying to push it as a carrier issue when the carrier doesn’t even have the items yet. If you are in any sort of time crunch, don’t trust the timelines listed on their website. They are not accurate.
