Unresponsive and do not uphold their refund policy, avoid at all costs.
They will simply ignore support messages when you make a request for a refund and completely ghost you while keeping your money. I'm surprised they've been able to stay in business while operating what is essentially a scam. Avoid at all costs. Do not send them any money.
