Horrible online retailer. They sell defective products and offer Pennie’s on the dollar refunds, despite printing this: We Promise: If you receive this item defective or damaged, we will give you a refund or reproduce the item for free, and will give the gift as compensation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ONLINE RETAILER!!
Purchased a personalized snow globe with lights as a Christmas gift. It arrived defective, with one string of lights not working. After contacting the seller, they asked for a video, which I sent, clearing showing the product was defective. Since they claim they cannot identify the defect, a 50% refund is their best offer, despite advertising “ We Promise: If you receive this item defective or damaged, we will give you a refund or reproduce the item for free, and will give the gift as compensation.”. That is not true. They admitted the product was of poor quality, but will not issue a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Dishonest and shameful.
Ordered a personalized snow globe that had two strings of lights, at a cost of $49.99, which included shipping. One string of lights did not work. After sending a video of the defective products, multiple emails trying to get a refund, I was offered a 30% refund and this admission: “We are deeply sorry for the poor quality. This product you bought is too popular. Maybe there is a problem in the production process. We have contacted the manufacturer and told them to improve it as soon as possible. As an honest seller, we are unwilling to let our valued customers suffer any losses.” Do not buy from this place, as they sell defective products and do not value their customers.
