My first important comment is "I will never deal with this incompetent company ever again!" This company is a scam of a business. They do not back their word and customers need to beware of their fine print policy. Their partner retailer is just as bad "Bottles & Cases". They can't even get customer's addresses correct before shipping. My experience is trackable: Order 1733665807172 date ordered 12/08/2024 12 Dec - arrived to Yonkers, NY and Departed 13 Dec - arrived to Hartford, CT and departed 13 Dec - arrived to W Springfield, MA 13 Dec - loaded, and out for delivery and returned to W Springfield, MA faciliity 13 Dec - corrected street number 14 Dec - processed at UPS W Springfield MA 16 Dec - Out for Delivery 16 Dec - back to Processing W Springfield MA 17 Dec - Street number incorrect attempting to update address 17 Dec - corrected street # and out on it's way to update address 6:23 pm 17 Dec - Address changed confirmed 6:42 pm 17 Dec - departed W Springfield MA 17 Dec - arrived at facility Strafford CT 17 Dec - departed Strafford CT 18 Dec - Arrived at Horsham PA 18 Dec - Departed Horsham PA 19 Dec - arrived at Laurel MD 19 Dec - departed Laurel MD 19 Dec - arrived at Aberdeen MD 19 Dec - processed and out for delivery from Aberdeen MD and delivered 'DAMAGED' INTERNAL PACKAGE RIPPED AND TORN WITH PIECES LOOSE IN BOX. BOTTLE WAS CRACKED WITH LOOSE PIECE OF GLASS INSIDE BOX. The worst part was ReserveBar customer service sucks. I contacted them over and over using their so-called support form and no one ever called me after providing my telephone number to file a complaint. The customer service has completely ignored me with my requests. Too include pictures of the damages received. Then they want me to give a rating for their customer satisfaction? AGAIN, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
