My friend order a ring as a surprise for Christmas as a cherish memory for me ge ordered on 13th December 24 in time for Christmas 🎄 was upset and disappointed he emailed customer services what happened to the ring paid 1st class post for it to be delivered on time they haven't even replied to the email so rude won't ever be buying anything from this company again very bad customer service. 1 star for me.
