The best of the 5 I have installed on my Mac
I've used a number of video processing / downloading tools for work. I'm going to give this a real 5-star review for three reasons. 1. It just works. It supports a good mix of video and audio-only formats as outputs and most inputs you'd care to use. 2. A lot of the other tools appear to have a bit of a time-bound license scam where you buy a license for version five and it works for about 6 months, and then you find that the product is 'obsolete', and you have to arbitrarily pay to upgrade to version 6 , and your old reg key is useless. That feels a bit shady to me... but Nabla feels to be a lot more reasonable. Did you buy a license? You have a license. If we upgrade your product we upgrade your product. We don't decide we want a bit more money, so we're going to renumber your product randomly and force you to buy a new license. Fair is Fair with these guys. 3. Their customer service is top notch. I sent an email to them Sunday night at 9:30pm. I got a response about 15 minutes later - not just a response... an actual resolution. Yeah, really a 5-star product.
