Complaint regarding poor service
The Cheesecake factory,Aventura Mall, Florida I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I experienced during our recent visit to your restaurant. We were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal together, but unfortunately, the staff completely forgot to serve my youngest daughter’s meal. I havde to remind dem. They had to ask again what she had ordered.By the time her food arrived others food was cold and the atmosphere at our table had turned sour. This oversight and delay significantly affected our experience. Frustrated and dissatisfied, we left the restaurant early without finishing our meal. I hope you can understand how disappointing this was for us, especially as we were expecting a pleasant dining experience.
