Very poor quality. Every single item including replacements faulty.
Update on my experience I have now had the stalactite earrings in silver turn yellow and go more matte. It's February and I bought them in november! Also all but 12 of the titanium stack earrings have broken (I bought one stack and they sent me an entire replacement pack when 4 rings broke!!) I don't know how much money they're saving by using such cheap materials and poor craftsmanship (whichever robot is making these).. because the warranty is 1 year, and I suspect to make use of it non stop until it runs out unless they refund me for their p.o.s products. Your customer service means nothing if your product is garbage. Its all AI as well, this company is a scaaaaaaam.
