Controller does't work, dangerous for old folks like me!
Customer service was terrible. I called, left messages, emailed, tried unsuccessfully to use their chat feature. I was unable to access the settings menu since none of the pin numbers they gave me worked. I was looking for a bike that had pedal ASSIST, not something that would take over as soon as I started pedaling!! I don't know if I can change this in settings because I can't get into settings. This bike is dangerous for an older person to ride the way it is set up at the moment! I feel I was sent a faulty bike or at least the controller is a lemon! (KD58C) I am disappointed since, as a shorter person, I like the size and the forward pedals because I can finally put my feet on the ground.
