Move+ is 5-Star; Kineon Customer Service is AWFUL!
UPDATE: Someone from the team responded to this negative review, but no one from Kineon has attempted to contact me about this review even though they have my order number, phone number, email address, full name, and mailing address in my email communications. By the way, there were 28 email communications just for one order. The Move+ is an amazing product, and I'd recommend it to anyone dealing with injury recovery. Their customer service, however, couldn't be worse. It has taken me weeks to get a very basic issue resolved, and they're either using a terrible bot or a human being with no ability to access message history. Order the product and pray you don't need their help.
