DO NOT ORDER. SHIPPING TAKRS OVER 1 MONTH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL!
Ordered on Dec 11th...promised to get by Christmas. It is Dec 29th and I still have not received my item. It is an ornament and at this point the tree comes down so my son won't even get to enjoy it on the tree...if it ever arrives and isn't a scam. Tracking now says delivery by Thursday Jan 2nd...um I ordered on Dec 11th! Everytime I email customer service, I get the same gwneric response that "we can't cancel your order since its in transit..." however I NEVER once have said cancel. I have been requesting a partial or full refund since since this product has yet to arrive by promised date. Long story short... don't order because this company is based outside the USA and takes forever to ship and does not keep their promise of shipping dates. They also don't provide even ok customer service.
