Bad packaging for filament
I ordered 5 rolls of filament and they were strapped together and shipped without any other packaging. The boxes arrived damaged and crushed. These are cardboard spools and the rims need to be straight to use in my printer. I bought the filament alongside a Centauri Carbon. The printer is great, good value, reasonable shipping, but the way that filament was shipped leads me to not buy filament from Elegoo again.
